Few vacation spots along the Atlantic coast provide the overall ambiance found at Seabrook Island - a 2200 acre gated, beachfront community located 21 miles from historic Charleston, South Carolina.

Enjoy 3 miles of private, uncrowded beach. Watch dolphins "strand feed" at Captain Sams Inlet, or cheer on newly hatched loggerhead sea turtle hatchlings as they make their way to the surf. Explore the island using the bikes included with your rental, or just hang out on our palm and live oak tree shaded deck with a book and your favorite refreshments.

Charter fishing, boat rentals, sailing and boat tours, kayaking, golf, tennis, equestrian - all are available just minutes away. Of course, downtown Charleston is a 40 minute drive with historic sights, horse drawn carriage tours, walking tours and great dining choices.

About Us

The Villa

High Hammock Villas at Seabrook Island is a complex of 100 units located within walking distance (about 600-700 yds.) to beach access walkways.

Our 154 High Hammock Villa is a very quiet upper townhouse end unit with 2 bedrooms , 1 1/2 baths.

Sleeping :

Master bedroom - queen bed

Guest bedroom - full over queen bunk

All beds are fully encased tempur pedic foam mattress systems.

Fully equipped kitchen. Quality appliances and cookware.

Coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer.

Nice array of spices, paper products etc. provided

Dining area with seating for 6

Free wireless WiFi internet

3 LCD TV's - one in living area, one in each bedroom

Over the air and streaming TV -ROKU / Sling TV

DVD player in living area / DVD movie library

Deck with seating / additional dining

We provide bicycles for our rental guests. As local bicycle rental companies typically charge $60+/bike/week this translates into a nice added value, and greatly enhances your ability to explore /enjoy Seabrook. Just let us know number and sizes of bikes needed, and we will deliver them to the villa for your arrival. You will be responsible for providing any/all desired safety gear.

Just outside of the entrance gate are two areas for shopping, dining, services and events - Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village.

There is paved bike path to both so can be reached by car and bike.

State and local tax extra - 13%

No tax for stays exceeding 90 Nights

Rental includes linens, departure cleaning service fees, one automobile gate pass, and an "amenity card" that affords access for the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association Lake House facility (outdoor pool use is free, indoor lap pool / fitness center fees apply)

Payment: 25% of total rental amount is due at the time of booking, the balance is due 40 days before arrival.

Rules and Rental Terms

The villa is non smoking / no pets

Maximum occupancy: 4

Minimum age for primary renter - 21.

Cancellation:

60 days or more prior to arrival date - 100% refund

Less than 60, but greater than 30 days-50%*refund

30 or fewer days - no refund*

*If the villa can be rerented for the same dates/rate

70% will be refunded. If rerented at a lesser rate, the difference will be deducted from the amount paid, and then 70% of that amount will be refunded.

Hurricane Refund

Should the Town of Seabrook Island order an evacuation of the Island for any reason (e.g. hurricane threat), you will receive a pro rated refund for the period of time beginning with the day of the ordered evacuation until return to the Island is permitted by the Town of Seabrook Island, or the end of your stay
